Whilst logged in, go to the Sales tab then select Invoices.
From that screen, you will be able to filter invoices by date range (12 months is also included) or by status.
Please select your preferred date range by selecting the drop down menu under the heading Date.
If this doesn't work then there might be a browser issue, to troubleshoot this I recommend logging into QuickBooks using another browser or using an incognito window and trying again.

It doesn't sound right to me, based on what you've said it seems as though these invoices do not exist however I believe you would disagree with that.
