Welcome to the Community, socomaincon-gmai.

Thanks for checking your invoice template making sure you've updated your bank details in the Custom form styles. Let's do some additional trouble shooting to make sure the first template used was also updated. Here's how:

  1. Click on the Settings icon.
  2. Click on the Custom form styles.
  3. Click on Edit for your Default template.
  4. Click on Design tab, and click on Airy new template.
  5. Click on Add your EFT details and see if the bank details is updated.
  6. From here you can also click on Emails tab to see the information added to Message to customer.
  7. Click on Done.

You can check this link to learn more on how to: Customise invoices, quotes, and sales receipts in QuickBooks Online.

Please let me know if you have any additional questions about customising your sales forms. I'm always willing to assist.
