When recurring invoice is paid is there any automation or notification possible? Invoice is for a subscription that I'd love to automatically renew once a client pays it.

My clients pay for a SaSS (Software as a Service) that I resell. I have setup recurring invoices in Quickbooks. But then I need to keep an eye on payments manually so I can manually renewal the subscription with the SaSS provider. Ideally I'd like to automate this but I'd be happy just being able to report or be notified for these specific recurring payments.

For now, we're unable to set a notification when a payment is received from your customer for a recurring transaction. Although, you can ask your client to inform or send you an email as soon as a payment is processed.

 

If you're using PayPal to collect payments from your customers, I'd suggest reaching out to them to check if you can be notified when transactions are processed.
