For now, we're unable to set a notification when a payment is received from your customer for a recurring transaction. Although, you can ask your client to inform or send you an email as soon as a payment is processed.
If you're using PayPal to collect payments from your customers, I'd suggest reaching out to them to check if you can be notified when transactions are processed.
