When using app on iPhone or iPad you cant see current bills to pay or entered only see old paid invoices and no where to search.

When using app on iPhone or iPad you cant see current bills to pay or entered only see old paid invoices and no where to search.

Hi jon-meeks, 

 

Adding bills using a mobile app in QuickBooks Online is currently unavailable. At this time, you can only use the Expense feature to record the bills in the mobile app. 

 

To do this task, you can use the web version of QBO. Simply open a browser like Google Chrome, Internet Explorer, or Mozilla Firefox and log in to your QBO account. I'd encourage you to add your feedback by seeing the steps below, to add you voice to growing list of customer who wish to see this feature included.

 

  1. Select the Gear icon at the top, then Feedback.
  2. Enter your comments or product suggestions then select Next.
  3. You'll be provided a list of suggested Help articles related to your comment. You can read through them or select Skip and send message.
  4. From the drop-down, choose the appropriate category, then select Send message.
