Why are my invoices not sending on mobile app? Sending failed, even after trying to manually send.

I'm here to ensure that you'll be able to sen your invoices successfully so you can get back to business.

 

Let's perform some troubleshooting steps to get this issue sorted out. We can clear the apps' data to remove the stored cache. This can cause unusual behavior in the system.

 

Performing this will depend on your device. For Android: 

  1. From the More Options ⋮, select on Settings.
  2. Click on Refresh Data.
  3. Choose on Yes.

For iOS:

  1. From the Menu ☰, select on Help & Feedback.
  2. Tick on Refresh Data.
  3. Press on Refresh.

If the problem continues, I recommend uninstalling and reinstalling the application. 

 

However, if doing this doesn't make a difference, I suggest contacting our Customer Care Team. They can run a remote viewing-session to further investigate the reason behind this matter.
