You can create a Quote Template and write a message there, then set that Quote Template as the default template for your quotes.
To create a quote template:
- Navigate to the Gear Icon on the top-right.
- Select Custom Form Styles.
- Select New Style, then select Quote.
- Select the Content tab, then select the bottom third of the Quote Preview.
- Enter your Quote message into the text box and select Done.
- In the Custom form styles screen, find the Quote Template you created and select the drop-down arrow in the Action column.
- Select Make Default.
Now your Quote message will display on all quotes, while the invoice message stays separate.
