How to edit an invoice

Did you enter the wrong Rate or Quantity into an invoice? Do you need to make other changes to an invoice you've previously created? Follow the steps below:

How to edit an invoice

1. Go to All apps , select Sales & Get Paid, then select Invoices (Take me there).
2. Scroll to the invoice you want to edit and click on it to open it up.
3. Make the necessary changes.
4. Click Save and Close (or Save and Send).

Note: This process also applies to Expenses, Bills, Estimates or any other transaction.
