All my receipts have disappeared. Nothing in to review or reviewed. I have re-installed the app twice an I still can't retrieve them.Can anyone help?

Thank you for reaching out to the QuickBooks Community, valentiw. I'm here to assist you in resolving the issue of your receipts disappearing in the mobile app. Let's work through some troubleshooting steps together.

 

QuickBooks Online (QBO) and QuickBooks Mobile are built to synchronize your information. Since you've already attempted to uninstall and reinstall the QBO app, I suggest refreshing your app data to access the latest information available in your QuickBooks Online mobile app.

 

If you're using iOS, here's how:

 

  1. Go to Settings on your device, then tap General
  2. Click iPhone Storage, then tick the QuickBooks Online app.
  3. Select the Offload app button.

 

If you're using an Android device, here's how:

 

  1. Go to Menu, then tap More options:
  2. Select Settings, then click Refresh Data.
  3. Tap Yes to confirm.

 

This process will free up storage without deleting your app’s documents and data.

 

In the meantime, you can use QuickBooks Online through a browser to continue with your workflow. I also recommend that you contact our Customer Care Team who can assign a representative to assist you with the process and investigate any compatibility issues between the program and your operating system. 

 

However, if the issue persists, I recommend contacting our Customer Care Team. That way, one of our care agents can take a look at your account and raise it to our engineers for investigation.

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online account.
  2. Click on Help (?).
  3. In QuickBooks Assistant, enter a summary of your concern.
  4. Select Contact Us.
  5. Choose the preferred method of contact (phone or chat).
