Thankyou but that’s just silly. I think I will stay using my self employed quick books because I can filter it it’s a swipe of the screen. I am a self employed sole trader & only wanted to use the online accounting one so my accountant had access but it seems it’s going to be more trouble than it’s worth. I’ve cancelled my subscription I might see if I can get a refund as I only used it for 30 minutes before I realised its not for me
I wish I could make it better, @lilypinner-hotma.
You're on the right track, it is best to cancel your subscription right after you purchased it if you've decided it doesn't fit to run your business with. With this, I'd recommend contacting Customer Care Support.
With their tools, one of our specialists can pull up your account on file and processed the refund you need with conditions applied. You can do so by following the steps below:
On top of that, I've also included this reference helpful in understanding what happens after your subscription is canceled: The length of time QuickBooks Online stores your data under our data retention policy.
If there's anything else that I can help you with, please let me know in the comments below. I'll be here to lend a hand. Take care and stay safe!
