There may be some reasons why the payment won't go through in the system. It could be that the card was declined or the bank won't authorise the payment electronically.
Also, you can only update your payment info using a web browser. If you subscribed through an app store, you can update it directly through the app store. I'd recommend attempting to update it again and be sure to sign in as the Master or Company Admin.
If you still can't save the payment information, please reach out to our Online Support so they can check and update it on your behalf in a secure environment.
