How do I search for expenses in the mobile app that are older than December 2025. I used to be able to search for a monetary amount now it won’t bring up any info.

The QuickBooks Online mobile app can display up to 1,000 items in the transactions list. To view older transactions, adjust the date range to include earlier periods.

Here’s how to update the date range on the Expenses page:

1. Click Settings (⋮) in the top-right corner.
   Select Date and change the setting to Last year.

You can also log in via a web browser at http://qbo.intuit.com and go directly to the Expenses page.

To view specific expense transactions:

1. Go to All apps, then select Expenses & Bills > Expense transactions.
2. By default, the filter shows All Transactions from the Last 12 months. You can customize the filter as needed.

Once you've located your transactions, we can generate a financial report like Profit and Loss to keep an eye on your expenses.
