Is anyone having trouble accessing forms to edit them? When I click on a form, it generates a blank page. I have 4 forms and it does it for all of them?

I'd be happy to take a look at this for you. What forms are you trying to edit?
Can I also please ask if you are accessing QuickBooks via a Browser? If yes, which one?
