My expenses have been recorded as tax exclusive. When I edit an expense to be tax inclusive and then save it goes back to being tax exclusive. Any ideas?

Thank you for reaching out. There could be a few reasons why this is happening, e.g. there may be a browser issue interfering. Can you please try using another browser or an Incognito window to see if this works. 

If not, has a bank feed transaction been linked to the Expense and reconciled? If yes, you may need to undo this first. 

If the issue persists can you please contact the Support Team so one of our experts can look into this for you.
