My Keypay data disappeared does it happend to any one??

We're receiving reports that other users are getting this issue as well and I would like to inform you that this has already been escalated to our engineering team. As a workaround, you might want to add a new Admin user and have them access the data.
Click the Gear icon ⚙, then Manage Users. If you can’t select this, you don’t have permission to manage other users. Contact an admin user for help.
Select Add user.
Select the user type you want to create. More options will appear on the screen depending on the user type you select.
Enter your new user’s name and email address, then select Save.
After that, I’d encourage you to contact our phone support and have them attach your case so they can add your account information to the list of affected users. That way, our engineers can send you updates via email when they are available.
