You'll have to click the Burger icon from the left corner of the screen to show the side menu bar. I've attached an image below for your reference.
If you don't see the Burger icon or can't access it, then let's perform some browser troubleshooting steps to check if this is a browser-related issue. First, let's access your account via a private or incognito browser. Here's how:
If it works, then let's clear your browser's cache to optimized your browser performance. Clearing your cache once in a while can prevent unusual behavior from your browser.
If you still can't see the sidebar menu, I suggest using another supported browser.
