QBO (Australia) - Is it possible to import credit notes from Excel Spreadsheet

Hi there,

Just wanting to know if it is possible to import credit notes from an Excel Spreadsheet in Australia. I can see it is possible in the UK but we don't have the import credit notes option in our version here. Has anyone else been able to do this in Oz?

Hi amalee,

 

At the current moment Quickbooks Online (AU) only allow importing data for banking information, customer & supplier details, chart of accounts, products/services, invoices and bills.

Hi amalee, 

 

It is definitely not out of the question.

 

The best thing to do would be to log into your Quickbooks Online, go to the Gear Icon and select Feedback.

 

This is a direct contact portal to our engineer team who review these requests on a daily basis.

 

The more feedback about a specific request that is received, the better the chances of that request being fulfilled.
