Some staff are having problems attaching bills on to QBO

the answer comes back due to security we are unable to attach the invoice
We have never had this problem until yesterday

I would recommend contacting our Customer Success Team so that we can investigate this further through screen share and our back-end tools.

 

Our team can be contacted inside QuickBooks Online by following the below steps:

  1. Select Help on the top-right corner of QuickBooks.
  2. Select Contact Us.
  3. Enter a brief description of the issue, then select Let's Talk.
  4. Under Choose a way to connect with us, select Start a chat or Get a callback.
