Why are Snapped receipts not uploading?

Hi there, @jenwren76. A few common factors, including an outdated app version and corrupted data, can prevent your snapped receipts from uploading to QuickBooks.

 

To resolve this, please ensure that your QuickBooks Online (QBO) mobile app is running the latest release. This update will provide you with improvements and security patches, enhancing your overall experience and functionality.

 

Then, let's reset the app's data and refresh its settings for optimal performance.

 

For iOS

 

  1. Tap Settings, then locate General.
  2. Select iPhone Storage, then QuickBooks Online app.
  3. Press Offload App.

 

For Android

 

  1. Go to Menu ☰, then tap More Options ⋮.
  2. Pick Settings, then Refresh Data.
  3. Hit YES to confirm.

 

After that, restart your mobile phone and check if the issue persists. If it does, let's uninstall and reinstall the app.

 

In the meantime, consider uploading your receipts using a web browser on your computer.
