Can I produce a Suppliers report that contains history of all bills and payments, including those still outstanding?

Let me help get the report you need, paulak1.

 

You can run the Bills and Applied Payment report. This shows all the payments made in your account and the bills that go with them. Below are the steps on how to get there:

  1. Go to Reports.
  2. Enter Bills and Applied Payment in the search field.
  3. Filter the Report period and the information you want to show by clicking the Customise option.
  4. Click Run report.
