Yes, you can resubscribe to reactivate your account, @sparklescleaning. I'd be glad to walk you through.
Please know that when you resubscribe to your account, you need to use the same billing frequency you had on your previous subscription to resubscribe. You can switch to a different billing frequency after resubscribing.
Here's how to resubscribe:
- Sign in to your QuickBooks Online (QBO) company.
- Go to the Gear icon and select Subscriptions and billing.
- Select Resubscribe.
- Choose the New payment method (Credit/Debit Card or PayPal).
- Enter the updated payment and billing information.
- Click Resubscribe.
After that, you'll have to sign out and in again to make sure your QBO account is updated.
- Sign out, then sign in again.
- Go to the Gear icon and select Subscriptions and billing.
- Check the Next charge date. If it's a date in the past, contact support to prevent back-billed charges from occurring.
Additionally, we preserve your company data for 365 days following the cancellation date. If you resubscribe during that time, your data will still be available.
