Can I safely delete a deposit which is appearing twice on the Deposit Detail Report?

The deposit in question has been reviewed in the Banking tab and only appears as one deposit.

Can I safely delete a deposit which is appearing twice on the Deposit Detail Report?

Hello, kelly16.

 

If you’ve investigated and found out that the transaction is duplicated, you can definitely delete it anytime. However, please note that the Deposit Detail report will always show two amounts of your deposit transaction. These amounts represent the two affected accounts when the transaction was created 


You can customise the Detail Deposit report to add the Accounts column for further illustration:

  1. Click Customise tab on the report. 
  2. Go to Rows/Columns. 
  3. Put a check mark for Account. 
  4. Click Run report.
