There are two ways on how you can view you unbilled income in QuickBooks Online. It can be done by going to All Sales tab and use the filter option or run an Unbilled Charges report (report is available in QuickBooks Online Plus only).
Option 1: To run unbilled income in All sales tab

Thank you but these reports still don't show total summary but lists transactions including totals.
Thanks for your response, katrina-accountp. Currently the reports provided earlier will show you the total amount of both unbilled charges and billable expense charge. If you need to see the total amount for unbilled charges and billable expense charge separately, you can customise the Unbilled Charges report. Here's how:
