Hello there, @mike172.

Our engineers have reported this to Apple support team, they have shared a potential workaround to see if you can access the Employees section.

  1. Click on Safari at top left click Preferences then select Advanced.
  2. Show Develop menu in the menu bar.
  3. Tick the checkbox to enable.
  4. Once this is done, you'll be able to see the Develop option in the menu bar at the top of the browser.
  5. Click on Develop option.
  6. In the Develop menu then USER AGENT select Google chrome – macOS.

Once this is selected, please try to load the Employee tab again.

Also, I'd suggest contacting our Customer Support Team and have them attach your account to INV-40151. This way, you'll be able to receive an update regarding the issue via email.

I'll add these articles about allowing cookies and using a supported browser for QuickBooks Online:

I appreciate your patience and understanding while we look into this matter. Take good care.
