You may also want to try a different supported browser because the one you're utilizing now may be experiencing a temporary malfunction.

The main search bar at the top of quickbooks?  Have attached photo. Only just stopped working in chrome but works in Firefox.  Quickbooks has previously told me to only use Chrome as Firefox has issues.  So frustrating
