Welcome to the Community. I know a way how you can change your subscription from mobile app to desktop.
The first is to cancel the QuickBooks from the app store and resubscribe it via the web. Here's how:
Once done, you can now subscribe QuickBooks Online (QBO).
To learn more about reactivating your QBO account, you can read this article: How to resubscribe or reactivate QuickBooks Online.
When an account is canceled, QuickBooks Online will continue to provide your data in a read-only format for a year. Within that period, you can export it to Excel or to the desktop version to keep a copy.
The file will be available once you resubscribe since we preserve it for 365 days. For more details, see the following article: What happens to my QuickBooks Online data after I cancel?
