Can you delete (undo) all my auto add rules. There is a big error in my quickbooks figures with all of my clients who have AUTO ADD RULES?

I've got your back, @andrew76.

You can go to the Banking page and delete your bank rules, then undo the auto-add transactions so you can get back to working order. Let me guide you how.

First off, let's delete your bank rules to avoid this from happening in the future. Here's how:

  1. Click Banking from the left menu, then select Rules.
  2. Select the rules you want to delete.
  3. Under the Actions column, click the arrow down beside Edit and select Delete.1.PNG
  4. Click Yes to confirm.

Once done, let's now undo the auto-added transactions to make some modifications.

  1. Go to the Banking page.
  2. Choose the appropriate bank account.
  3. Select the Categorised tab.
  4. Put a checkmark to the transactions, then click Undo.2.PNG

After the steps, the transactions will go to the For Review tab. From there, you can modify the transactions. For more details, feel free to check out this article: Categorise and match online bank transactions in QuickBooks Online.

Just in case, you want to set up bank rules again, here's an article you can read for the detailed steps and information: Setup bank rules to categorise online banking transactions in QuickBooks Online.

Please feel free to keep in touch with me here on your banking feeds concerns, I want to make sure you're taken care of. Have a great day ahead.
