Hi 23550003263594,

 

This may be an issue with your browser's zoom - can you firstly please try going to the Chrome menu (top right hand corner, you will see three small dots in a vertical line) and tapping the Zoom Out option, then Zoom In? You can also do so by holding the CTRL key, then tapping the + and - keys on your keyboard.

 

If this does not resolve the issue, clear your browser's cache by following the below steps:

 

  1. Hold down Ctrl+Shift+Delete and a pop-up will appear on your screen
  2. Select the option 'clear cached images' and make sure the other two options are unticked
  3. Select the time range All Time, then Clear Browsing Data
  4. Once this is complete, the pop-up will disappear. Please restart your browser and log in once more
