Hi All, I'm trying to run my GST Detail Report but the date range I've selected does not populate all the data into the report. It misses 3 months.

I've checked my transactions they do exist and have reconciled between 01/07/2022 to 30/06/2023 but from 01/03/2023 to 30/06/2023 does not populate into my GST report despite me selecting the financial year date range.

Thanks for posting in the Community!

 

There isn't any reported incident with data not showing in the GST report when running GST Detail report in QuickBooks Online. To isolate the situation encountered, let's use a new incognito window or a different supported browser. Using an incognito window does not store any data file.


Here's how:

 

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: Command + Shift + N

 

Then, log in to qbo.intuit.com and access the GST detail again in the GST tab using the steps below.

 

  1. Click on GST tab.
  2. Click on Run reports.
  3. Click on GST Detail.
  4. Filter again the report period to Custom and choose the dates.
  5. Click on Run report.

 

If the report showed the details, let's clear cache and cookies on your regular browser

 

If the issue is the same, let's try to go to Reports tab and search GST Details Report.
