First, let's refresh your company page by pressing F5 on your keyboard. This usually fixes the connection issues in QBO. If not, you can use a private browser instead.
Depending on your browser, here's how:
• Google Chrome: Press Ctrl + Shift + N
• Mozilla Firefox: Press Ctrl + Shift + P
• Internet Explorer: Press Ctrl + Shift + P
• Safari: Press Ctrl + Shift + N
If this allows you to do pay run, we can go back to your regular browser and clear the stored cache.
However, if the issue persists, I'd recommend contacting our Payroll Support to check this further using their tools. They'll be able to dig deeper and verify the root cause of this unusual behavior in QBO.
