Thanks for choosing QuickBooks for your business, and welcome to the Community space. I'll make sure you're able to use the iOS app with your existing account.
You'll want to ensure that you're using the same email address when you signed up for QuickBooks Online. Your account details will sync with the iOS app.
If you've used the same credentials, then this could be a sync issue. Try uninstalling or reinstalling the app to fix this. Simply go back to your home screen, then find the QuickBooks Online mobile app. Tap and hold it then select Delete app.
Next, reinstall the app. You can get the download links here: https://quickbooks.intuit.com/au/mobile/.
After signing in successfully, you can find our FAQs and guides in our Help & Feedback menu. Simply tap the small gear icon, find Help & Feedback, then choose Frequently asked questions.
