Hi. im trying to remove an accountant from my account but cant seem to do it

Let me show you how to remove an accountant, billemitransport.

First, we need to make sure that you're the primary admin. If not, let them remove the accountant. Then, follow these steps:

1. Go to the Gear icon and select Manage users.
2. From the Accounting firms tab, find the accountant you want to remove.
3. Select the small arrow dropdown in the Action column and tap Delete.
4. Click Delete to confirm.

Also, another possible reason why you can't delete it is because of the billing. If your accountant manages your billing, they need to remove you first from their wholesale billing clients. Reach out to them so they can assist you with it.
