Hi my credit card account wont update?

Hi there, @stephengblack.

 

I'd like to ensure that you'll be to update your credit card will be updated successfully so you can have the latest transactions.

 

To get this issue sorted out, we can update your bank account manually. It refreshes the connections between the bank's website and QuickBooks, which can help download the recent entries.

 

Here's how:

  1. On the left pane, click Banking.
  2. Select the credit card account from the Bank and Credit Cards drop-down menu.
  3. Click the Update button. Please run the update around 3-5 times to build a stable connection.

If you get the same result, I recommend contacting your financial institution. This way, you can verify if they don't have any ongoing system maintenance, which can be the reason your credit card is not updating.

Info has not been downloaded since 16 October.  I have tried to manually download, but still get an error message.  Need to urgently fix this!

Credit card account only.  Error = 163.  All other accounts working perfectly.  I need an urgent answer.  Thanks
