Just for some context, are you logging into QuickBooks Online via our website or via a Desktop app?
It might also be worth double-checking whether it could be the browser that is having the issue.
I recommend using either FireFox or Chrome for accessing QuickBooks and you can also try logging in via an incognito/private window to avoid any cookies or cache issues that can be common.
