How can I invite my bookeeper into my quickbooks file. Its an accountants copy not a clients

Welcome to the Community, dna-fritzsch.

 

Inviting your bookkeeper is easy. You can add him/her as a user into your QuickBooks Online account.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Click the Gear icon at the upper right corner and choose Manage Users.
  2. Click Add User.
  3. Choose what type of user your Bookkeeper and hit Next.
  4. Select the areas of QuickBooks that your Bookkeeper can access.
  5. Hit Next.
  6. Click Save.
