Are you trying to change the country version for QuickBooks Online? After signing up for a subscription under a specific country, we're unable to switch to a different one.
Though, you can sign up for a new subscription under a new country by going to this link: https://quickbooks.intuit.com/choose-country/.
You may use the same login credentials when singing up. If you no longer want to keep the previous subscription, you'll want to cancel it to prevent unnecessary charges.
However, are you simply trying to change your home currency or use different currencies in your current QuickBooks Online subscription? You can use the Multi-currency feature for this.
