How do I delete a team member

Hi jeff107,

 

You can remove a team member's access by making them inactive; once you have done so, they will no longer be able to access your QuickBooks Online Accountant file.

 

  1. Select the Team tab, then click Edit next to their name.
  2. Change their Status to Inactive, then Save.

 

This will also remove them from your Team members list. For more information on managing Team member access see here.
