If you would like to cancel an active subscription you have with us please see the steps below:
- Select Settings ⚙ and then Account and Settings.
- Select the Billing and subscription tab.
- In the QuickBooks section, select Cancel subscription or Cancel online.
- Select Continue to cancel, then select Continue to cancel again (if applicable).
- Follow the next steps.
- Select Submit and cancel subscription.
- Select Got it.
