How to adjust P&L and Balance Sheet figures once external accountant completes the accounts?

Hi bachu-a,

 

Reports can be adjusted in QuickBooks, I'll try my best to explain this to you.

 

If you have a P & L report open for example, you are able to click into the dollar figures to then expand the data and dig deeper into it.

 

So I can click into the dollar figure for Total Cost of Sales, and it will show me exactly what is in that category.

 

From there you can dive even deeper into the individual invoices or transactions, where you can make any necessary changes to adjust the report data.

 

My advice would be to have a play around with it by selecting different dollar figures for the different categories and see what you can adjust from there that suits your needs.
