How to remove a Team user access to the firm books?

I can share the steps on how to remove team user's access in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

Are you using the Accountant version of QBO? If so, you can make team members inactive so they don't show up in the Team menu. Here's how to do it:

1. Sign in to QuickBooks Online Accountant as an admin, or a user with full access permissions.
2. Go to the Team menu.
3. Select the Access tab.
4. Find the team member and click Edit in the Action column.
5. From the Status ▼ dropdown, pick Inactive.
6. Hit Yes to confirm.
