How to run Profit & Loss and Balance sheet report that only have figure so that 0.00 balance doesn't come up on the report. even these are active account

Hi hassan2,

You can filter your reports (Profit and Loss, Balance Sheet) to remove resolved this. Let me guide you how.

  1. Click Reports in the left navigation panel.
  2. Type "Profit and Loss" or "Balance Sheet" in the Find report by name field.
  3. In the report page, click the Customize button.
  4. Click the Rows/Columns drop-down.
  5. Under Show non-zero or active only drop-down, choose Non-zero for Show rows and Show columns.
  6. Click Run report.
