I would recommend getting in contact with our Customer Success team to resolve this issue. Here is how you can do it from within QuickBooks:
Select Help on the top-right corner of QuickBooks.
Select Contact Us.
Enter a brief description of the issue, then select Let's Talk.
Under Choose a way to connect with us, select Start a chat or Get a callback.
