Here's how:
If you’re using a phone, also turn off Allow mobile app to set time zone. That prevents the app from switching to the time zone you’re currently in and overriding your company setting.
On the other hand, if you’re using a desktop/web browser, use an incognito/private window and ensure it's not sharing your location with the site. Go to the Vertical Ellipses (⋮) on the upper right corner> Settings > Privacy and security > Site settings> Location > Don't allow sites to see your location.
After that, your schedule should update to reflect the Melbourne company's time zone based on your company settings.
