I can't switch accounts in QB online from the trial version I had to the paid account I purchased some time ago.

When I log in, I have zero activity in the account(s)

I can't switch accounts in QB online from the trial version I had to the paid account I purchased some time ago.

To get this sorted out, we need to make sure you're logging in with the correct credentials.

 

If your login details are correct and still can't switch between your accounts, we can perform basic troubleshooting steps to isolate the problem. To start with, we can press the F5 key on your keyboard to refresh the page.

 

If you're still getting the same result, let's access your account on a private window. We can use these shortcut keys depending on the browser you're using:

 

  • Google Chrome: Press CTRL + Shift + N.
  • Safari: Press Command + Shift + N.
  • Mozilla Firefox: Press CTRL + Shift + P.

 

Sign in and check if there's an activity in the account as well as the option to switch between your accounts. If it rectifies the issue, go back to your main portal and clear its cache to remove the browser's history or you can press CTRL+Shift and Delete key on your keyboard altogether. You may also try accessing your account using another supported browser.
