When I am sent the four digit code, it’s sent to my mobile which I am unable to access at this time.
Hi, ststephen. I understand that this is a challenging situation. From what you've described, you are attempting a password reset on your laptop but have run into a roadblock with the two-factor authentication step.
Since you currently don't have access to your mobile phone number, look for a link on the verification screen that says "Try another way" or "Use a different method." This may offer alternatives, such as sending a code to a backup email or a secondary phone number.
If an alternate method isn't available, you'll need to go through the account recovery process:
The process may take up to five business days. You can check this article for more details: Recover your Intuit Account if you can’t sign in.
However, If you regain access to your mobile device before the recovery completes, you can login there and update your phone number or email at Intuit account to avoid waiting.
