Thank you for choosing QuickBooks Online (QBO) as your accounting partner, @info1142. I'll share some details about the pricing discounts. Also, I'll route you to the right support to take care of this.

I appreciate you for using our free 30-day trial service. When you subscribe after that period, you'll be charged monthly at the then-current price for the plan you've chosen. For more details, visit this article: https://quickbooks.intuit.com/au/pricing/. Scroll down to the page and click on Important offers, pricing details, & disclaimers. Then, go to the Trial section.

Since you wanted to avail of our 50% off, I'd suggest contacting our Customer Care Support Team. They have the necessary tools to confirm your subscription status. They can also discuss your request on how to avail of the discount after the trial period. I'll guide you how.

  1. Go to the Help menu at the upper right.
  2. Select Contact Us
  3. Enter I want to avail the 50% discount after using the free 30-day trial service in the What can we help you with? box.
  4. Click Let's talk
  5. Choose a way to connect with a live agent.

Once resolved, you can go to the Billing & Subscription tab from Account and Settings. You can efficiently manage your payment and plan info, such as viewing your payment history.

Also, I recommend visiting this website: Resource Hub. It contains articles to help you get started and easily manage your income, expenses, GST, BAS, payroll, STP, banking, and inventory.

I'm here anytime you have other concerns. Wishing you and your business continued success while using QBO, @info1142.

If you have to open a new QBO account, make sure to click the Buy button to get the discounted price for up to 3 or 6 months. If you purchase from the trial account, you have to pay the regular rate.

You may also utilize the trial period of a 3rd party tool to migrate data between QBO accounts.

Hope it helps.
