I have selected Business view in account settings. When I open the (+NEW) menu it still shows the Accountant View. I just started the free trial yesterday.
I would first suggest some browser troubleshooting:
Try logging in using Chrome if at all possible for the best experience
Clear your browser's cache - hold down Ctrl+Shift+Delete, select time range 'All time' and tick 'cached images', then clear data
If after following these steps and refreshing your browser you are still experiencing this issue, I would encourage you to contact our support team for further investigation and record this particular use case in our system.
1. In your QuickBooks Online, click the Help menu in the upper-right corner.
2. Select Contact us and enter the details of your concern.
3. Click Let's talk and choose Chat or Get a callback.
4. Enter the required information.
