I'm using QBO Work tab and am trying to duplicate the quickstart templates. However, when I click duplicate the side window doesn't pop up. Anyone know why?

I've tried restarting my computer and logging back in but still cannot duplicate a quickstart template only use it as is and add to a client.

Here are additional steps to help troubleshoot your browser:

 

  1. Open an Incognito Window: Access your QuickBooks account using an incognito window to prevent browser-specific problems.
    - For Google Chrome: Press Ctrl + Shift + N
    - For Mozilla Firefox and Microsoft Edge: Press Ctrl + Shift + P
    - For Safari: Press Command + Shift + N
  2. Clear Cache and Cookies: If accessing QuickBooks through the incognito window works, clear your browser’s cache and cookies. This often resolves loading and formatting issues and enhances browser performance.
  3. Try a Different Browser: If problems continue, try accessing QuickBooks on a different supported browser, in case your current browser is temporarily incompatible with QuickBooks.

 

Additionally, here are steps for troubleshooting the QBO app:

 

For iOS:

  1. Navigate to Settings, then select General.
  2. Choose iPhone Storage and tap on the QuickBooks Online app.
  3. Tap Offload App. This will free up the storage without deleting your app's documents and data.

For Android:

  1. Go to Menu ☰, then tap More Options ⋮.
  2. Choose Settings, then select Refresh Data.
  3. Confirm by tapping YES.
