Since the issue persists after uninstalling and reinstalling your QuickBooks Online (QBO) Mobile app, I highly suggest contacting our Phone Support team. They're able to pull your account in a secure environment using their screen-sharing (remote access) tool and check the root cause of this odd behavior. They can also perform other steps to help fix this for you.
Here's how to reach them:
- In QBO, click the Help menu at the top right.
- Select Contact Us in the drop-down to connect with our live support.
