I want to cancel my subscription

Hi mdilena2,

 

I hate to say goodbye. However, I respect whatever reasons you have that made you want to cancel your subscription. Before you proceed, please read this article: What happens to my QuickBooks Online data after I cancel?

 

Here's how you can cancel your QBO subscription using a browser:

  1. Select Settings ⚙ and then Account and Settings.
  2. Select the Billing and subscription tab.
  3. In the QuickBooks section, select Cancel subscription or Cancel online.
  4. Select Continue to cancel, then select Continue to cancel again (if applicable).
  5. Follow the next steps.
  6. Select Submit and cancel subscription.
  7. Select Got it.
