Hello, Sanat. There isn’t a way to change where the OTP goes or switch it from text to email. It will always be sent to the contact method that’s currently set up on your account for security reasons.
The best next step is to get in touch with our live support team. They can take a closer look at your account to figure out why the OTP isn’t coming through and go over what options you have so you can get that user added.
